Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of theticket, including browsing events, purchasing tickets, managing organizations, and using ticket wallet or check-in features. By using the platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

Using the platform

  • You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account, purchasing tickets, or managing events.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for activity under your account.
  • You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, fraud, ticket abuse, automated scraping, or unauthorized access attempts.

Orders and payments

  • Submitting an order is a request to purchase tickets subject to payment authorization and availability.
  • Prices, fees, ticket limits, and seat availability may change before an order is completed.
  • theticket may refuse, cancel, or reverse an order where there is suspected fraud, pricing error, duplicate payment, organizer instruction, or operational necessity.

Event responsibility

Each event is organized by the listed organizer, who is responsible for event content, scheduling, venue rules, and fulfillment of the event itself.

Event dates, lineups, seating plans, access rules, and admission conditions may change. Organizers may apply additional event-specific rules.

Tickets, resale, and entry

  • A valid ticket is required for entry and may be subject to QR validation, seat assignment, timing restrictions, or identity checks.
  • Tickets may not be copied, misused, or transferred in violation of organizer rules or platform controls.
  • Where resale is enabled, buyers and sellers must comply with the resale flow and any limits enforced by the platform.

Liability and changes

To the extent permitted by law, theticket is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform or from event-related issues controlled by organizers or venues.
